Colour tinting respects title but overlaps it at points - small panel of untinted b/w left. Rev: Printed dark green. Top, centre, Post Card, with below, a double line, the lower shorter, with, descending from the centre, dividing the card, a double line, the upper ends of which diverge a little and are lobed.
