Postcard, novelty, colour illustrated, also b/w views, matt. Obv: A colour illustration of a dog, holding a newspaper in its mouth, the dog is rusty red in colour, the background light blue. There is a white border, slightly wider on the right. Title, black, top. Bottom right, black, 1984. There is a flap cut into the obv. The upper edge is not cut through, providing a hinge. The upper and lower corners are rounded, the upper curved into Shoulders. The lower edge is concave. The flap lifts to reveal a folded series of 12 b/w views of Limerick. Visible when the flap is lifted initially is the blank rev of the lowest view, with a short flap on its end. When the views are unfolded by pulling this flap down, they are, from the top, (all caps) Sarsfield Bridge, Limerick. (space) J.V., The Quay, Limerick.
