Pump, bicycle, plastic, with connector. Handle decorated with four impressed longitudinal panels with rounded bottoms of leaves scrolls and tendrils on a stippled background. At the bottom of one is Made In. Near the handle end of the body is a shield, impressed, with British / Made within it. The top of the handle has a hole with a copper alloy? tube fitted in it for retention of the connector when not in use. The handle and body are connected by and fitted to a copper alloy? tube. The top of the body is composed of a knurled ring through which passes the tube. The ring is screwed onto the body. At the bottom end is a fixed cap, perforated to allow the connector to be screwed into the body when required. The connector consists of a cloth covered central section with, at the upper end, a threaded metal piece to go into the pump, and at the lower end, a metal receiver threaded for insertion of the tyre valve end.
