Premises fronting onto W side of High Street, backing onto a lane leading from Newgate Lane to St Nicholas Churchyard, on the S by Hoare estate. St Nicholas' parish. 1 August 1747. Brian Mcmahon's holding on which one house, tenanted by John Burke Clothmerchant. Set by Lord Blessington to Edward Parker in 1700, bought by Edward Hoare for non payment and set to Brian McMahon. mearing on north with Hartstonge estate set to Thomas Arthur, on east to High Street, on south with Hoare's estate set to John Wight and on east by lane from Newgate lane to St Nicholas churchyard. Pencil note that rents paid by the representatives of Robert Lynch.
