Map, photograph of, from set of estate of Edward Hoare in the city of Limerick by John Appleyard, 1747. No. 11. Premises fronting onto S side of Quay Lane, St Mary's parish, Englishtown. 1 August 1747. Two houses in the occupation of John Ingram and James Sheane, Innkeeper; set in 1700 by lease by Lord Blessington to James Jaques and now belonging to John and James Ingram. Mearing on north with Quay Lane, to east with Dunbar estate set to John Taverner, on south with the hevers estate set to Dr Martin and on the west with the Croaker (Croker) estate. note at top right; now held by G Lynch? trustee for Ann Ingram. Rent paid by Simon Rose.
