Ryan T. Cherry E. Rochford / J. Walshe J. White T. Foley R. Enright.. Line under, with beaded central portion. The address is signed by the artist, Maureen Collins Limerick., just above the bottom right corner. The interlace consists of two panels, a broad panel nearest the address, and a narrow panel around the edge. Each panel is edged with a light green strip, with the exception of the outermost strip which is blue. Inset in the broad panel are four photographs, each in a circular recess cut through the material of the address with a bevelled edge. They are placed at top centre (Cratloe? church altar), left and right, above centre (left, Lourdes Grotto set into hillside, right, general view of grotto, landscaping, approach etc), bottom,(portrait photo of Rev Wallace, looking to his right). The left and right edges of the photo of Fr. Wallace are in part visible, and the material visible in the gaps is gilt. The bevel of the insets is gilt. The main text of the address is in black, with capital letters in red with blue spaces and red dotted outline. The list of parishioners at bottom is in red, larger. The secondary heading is also in red. The heading proper is in blue, in a green panel, with a large gilt letter a in relief, with a decorated void. The whole word is decorated left and right ends, and is outlined with a dotted red line. The frame is gilt, probably original, and there is a gilt mount. At rev, which appears to be newly refitted, there are a pair of hinged D rings screwed to the frame with a wire between them. At bottom, centre, there is a rectangular label affixed, which reads (diagonal) Chris / Doswell / Picture Framing / (bottom right) Tel (061) 31 82 92 / 11 St Joseph St. Limerick (in business since c. late 1980s).
