View from an upper storey window of Treaty Bar, looking down on Treaty Stone, with view along bridge at left; castle and towers of both St. Mary's and St. John's on far side of river; two women in foreground, one pushing a pram, the other, a push-chair; c 12 other people visible on bridge and its approach. Reverse printed in brown; at centre top Valentine's" over their twin globe set on a V trade mark "Famous/ Throughout/ The World" across globes; "Post" to left and "Card" to right of previous and vertical division line below; left of centre "For Correspondence", right "For Address Only"; box for stamp at top right with "Printed in Ireland" inside. Unused. Slight tear in right side (front) and small section of right edge turned back on itself; some scuffing of top edge.
