Postcard,colour matt, landscape format. Title at top left of view "Sarsfield Bridge, Limerick", with "56303 J.V.[in a circle]" at bottom right. View towards the bridge from the Quays, with two masted sailing boat alongside the quay in foreground with small rowing boat to left; Shannon Rowing Club visible on bridge. Reverse printed in green; at centre top a harp with shamrocks at base, with "Post" to left and "Card." to right; "Valentine Dublin" up left edge; box for stamp at top right. Addressed in black ink, to Mrs. Coles, 98 Shelgate Road, Clapham Common, London S.W., from her son Alf; message, time passing well. No stamp, presumably posted in envelope.
