Print, "The Castle of the Glin in Com. Limerick" from Pacata Hibernia 1633. Birdseye view of the castle under siege, with batteries of canon on three sides; at bottom a large sailing ship in river, with to left an extremely large fantastic fish; cardinal points at bottom left; at right a cartouche giving a key to various scenes numbered in view; at top right "betweene Page 62, & 63". Pale grey mount; light coloured wood frame with pale blue-grey wash and inner edge highlighted in gold. Hardboard backing, sealed with brown paper. Framer's sticker, grey on white "Chris/ Doswell/ Picture Framing/ Tel (061) 31 82 92/ 11 St. Joseph St Limerick". Plates for attachment to wall at either side.
