Cooper] Comptroller./ To the Distributer of stamps./ [Limerick & Clare]." Last "To/ The Distributer of Stamps,/ [Limerick ]/ Post Paid". Folded from both ends inwards, from bottom up and top down then sealed. Cancellations, rectangular red above address "Paid/ MY2E/ 1838", circular black on reverse as folded "Limerick/ MY 3/ 1838".
