Envelope, addressed to Peter O'Brien Esqr., Stamp Office, Limerick. Victoria penny red unperforated postage stamp, at top right, letters BA. Cancellation on stamp "285" in a lozenge of parallel lines. Three circular cancellations on reverse, "Limerick/ MY 29/ 1846/F", "Kilrush/ MY 29/ 1846" and "Ennis/ MY 29/ 1846". Applied circular yellow paper seal on flap, embossed with leaf at centre and "We all do fade" around. Perforation through envelope in address are. perforation.
