Clay tobacco pipe made for John Clune, tobacco manufacturer, Limerick, 1880s 1890s.. Stem slightly convex, with inscription on each side within a raised beaded rectangle with triangular short sides and a pointed oval from each end, on one side, J. Clune, the number 21, upside down, towards the mouthpiece from it, and on the other, Limerick. Stem broken off below the number.
