Certificate, pinted with ms additions. Publican's Certificate issued by Rathkeale District Petty Sessions, to Margaret Purcell, Rathkeale, 30th Sept 1895. Framed. Printed form with details filled out in manuscript. William Power, shopkeeper, and John Frewin, draper, of the same street attest she has kept an ordely house; also signed by David Shanahan, shopkeeper, John Sheehan victualler, Con. Hayes, Shopkeeper and Daniel Guinane shopkeeper, all of Rathkeale. Signed at bottom by Thomas magner and T F Lloyd and David Danghan(?) Clerk of petty sessions. In narrow black wood frame. Back cut from a piece of card with names scatted across it,; held in place with panel pins. Eye at centre top for hanging.
