Amounts entered in ms besides printed headings, columns printed in red and lines in blue; analysis signed by treasurer, ?Nash?, Joseph Purcell, secretary, and Ralph Slattery, peace commissioner. Other side printed with request to Mayor etc for £225 to support for the hospital, and signed by Bishop David Keane, William O'Dwyer and ? Nash. Printed by Limerick Leader Ltd.
