Form. Statutory Declaration of Secrecy, for 1923 Parliamentary Election, Constituency of Limerick. Printed black on white on one side only; very feintly filled out. Reverse has ms text, in pencil, of a resolution demanding release of de Valera, removal of oath of allegiance, release of republican prisoners etc. Two perforations at top for filing. Has been folded in four and is worn along some of the folds.
