Ordered that ministers of parishes be decreed to lay before corporation exact list of helpless poor who have resided for one year within parish, listing by name, place of birth and character, and whether reduced to that state by sickness or misfortune, and specifying the children and their ages. Ordered that ministers preach charity sermons on Sun 17 Dec and have collections made for corporation; that James Fitzgerald be appointed collector and treasurer, that James Stuart be appointed secretary, and that they meet at Ennis Courthouse on Mon 16 Oct.
