Letter dated 21 Dec, re defamation of Mr O'Brien in an article in his newspaper; the apology inserted wholly insufficient; O'Brien intends going to law; advises Lenihan to insert adequate apology. If ... was in Limerick, would be glad to assist in settlement; a stroke from Lenihans pen is more calculated to injure than a lump of a blackthorn, and he should make allowance for the head he damaged.
