Box, Limerick silver by Maurice Fitzgerald. Cylindrical box with lift off sleeve lid fitting around outside of body. Plain body with beading around base. Marks on inside on the base, Sterling, struck at centre with, MFG in a rectangle, struck twice, once above and once below Sterling. The lid has a beaded edge and more or less flat top. Incised on lid is a monogram LW or MJ. Marks on inside of lid, MFG in a rectangle over, Sterling. Faint incised initials MR on inside of the lid.
