Post to left and Card to right; Valentine Dublin up left edge. Addressed to M. L. Bernard, 18 Bd. Egalite, Chantenay sur Loire (France); message in French, signed Aberam ans? Red one penny Edward VII postage revenue stamp stuck on upside down.
