Metal piece has a helmed shield at centre with scroll at top and bottom; bronzed effect. Shield shows the city arms with cross on dome behind castle gate; in black and white on a red background. Hollow on reverse with brass hanging plate held by two screws around. Maker's mark on metal plate, three letters S, first and last in semi-circular form with third interlocking at centre.
