Brown 2 1/2p Eire definitive issue stamp at top right, with Celtic beast biting tail. Circular cancellation not legible. Addressed to Mr M.B. MacHugh, Balmoral House, 35 Upper Lisburn Road, Balmoral Belfast from DEG?, mostly re golf. Pencil dealers mark.
