Pursuant to resolution at meeting of proprietors on 27th ult, statement forwarded together with warrant for same, John J. Murphy, secretary. Statement of interest in rectangle: Shares held: (60) £50 consolidated preferance stock @ 4%, due to proprietors registered 13th Feb 1890, (60), less income tax at 6d per £, 1.10, amount payable, 58.10. Initialled for accountant and transfer clerk. Below rectangle, 'This portion to be retained by the Proprietor.' Up l., certify that income tax deducted will be paid to proper officer. Down r., proprietors claiming exemption from income tax use this statement as voucher for claiming same. Perforated for tearing across bottom edge. Printed blue on white.
