Printed black and red on blue paper, by H & E Ashe Printers, 8 Thomas St; paper made at Saggart. Addressed to Michael Cross 12 High St., dated March 1909. paper in poor condition, with right edge frayed and torn; staining and dirty at top left and bottom left, with some loss of paper at top. Remains of perforation down left side
