Circular red stamp duty embossing, a crowned Royal Arms flanked by 30 3, over, 00/ Six Pence. Watermark; Hibernia in a crowned oval, over Busbridge, and, Busbridge & Cos/ Universal Paper. Folded in half twice then annotated on outside.
