Agreement, manuscript. Between the trustees of the Tuthill estate, Rev. Luther and Mr Smith, on the first part, Daniel Russell of Coolrea on the second part and Frank Prendeville of Rockhill on the third part, for rent of the house lately occupied by John Curley. 7th Oct. 1901. 10d a week rent. Folded sheet with red ruled margins, written on first two sides. Signed by Russell with mark of Prenderville, and witnessed by Patrick O'Keeffe. The names of some parties are changed in pencil, Russell to Patrick O'Shea Ballyteige and Prenderville to Thomas Nash, and John Curley to Frank Prenderville. Date also changed to 1904. Watermark; circle containing the cardinal points, over Busbridge & Cos/ Universal Paper. Circular red stamp duty embossing at top left; cowned royal arms, flanked by 9 10, over 01/ Six Pence.
