Text has a couple of blank spaces. Written on first of four sides of a folded sheet, of pale blue paper, each sheet with purple ruled margins. Stamp duty embossing in left margin, Ireland over a crown, over Ten/Shillings, in a wreath. Circular black stamp, Dublin/ a crown/ 4.3.75/ D. Watermark W S.H & Co/ 1872, on one side a crowned fleur de lis on the other. Folded in half twice and annotated on outside as to contents.
