Text on six sides, with signature of parties witnessed by Daniel Clanchy Russell and Samuel Ferguson, Limerick. Two stamp duty embossings on the one length of pink paper at centre top, lead strip through each. Right; Duplicate/ or/ Counterpart/ Royal Arms/ Original/ Stamped with; left Ireland/ Crown/ Fifteen/Shillings in wreath. Black on white stamp with monogram of Victoria, pasted to reverse of each. In top left margin plain embossing, Ireland/ Crown/ Five/ Shillings, wreathed. Two circular black rubber stamps, Dublin/ Crown/ 28-6-80. Folded in half, with description of right of way to John Hartigan on one half, signed bu O'Shea and witnessed by Rusell. Folded in half again and annotated as to contents on outside; marked P Shelton Connolly, solicitor, Limerick. Watermark, Cowan.
