Filled out in ms 1-12-1911 for repairs to hoses; signed PJ. Sheehan, men involved David Barry, Daniel Hogan, Charles Sciascia, Andrew Kelly, Joseph Mcnamara and John Hogan. Annotated in red Rubber stamped and signed that correct by Mce Fitzgerald. Signed by Mayor Ryan in blue pencil.
