Fitzpatrick, Printer, O'Connell St. Limerick". Printed black on white, with blue lines and columns below the head. Watermark, "Grandholme". Filled out in ms, 27-2-1920, to Fire Dept., for shoeing of horses. Annotated in red. Certified correct by P.J. Sheehan. Rubber stamped and signed that certified by J.J. Peacocke.
