Axehead, stone. Grey limestone. Rectangular in outline and cross-section, one face flat, the other slightly convex. Butt end broken off. Sides straight and flat, with rounded edges, narrowing slightly from the cutting edge to the butt. One face has three overlapping flakes removed at the edge towards the butt. Both faces smooth, the natural stone surface. Cutting edge severely flaked from use.
