Typescript giving details of circumstances of the death of Frederick Kenny on 22 June 1920, in support of his widow's claim for a pension. Wounded in groin March 1920, no proper medical attention by attended by Capt henry Meany (since deceased) and Vol D Maher, Pennywell. Resumed active service and injured in attempted rescue of Vol John Collopy at Newcastle, Kilmurry, RIC barracks. Though suffering, continues on active service. Returned home 16 June, so bad that he was taken to St John's Hospital where he died on 22 June 1920. Blue type. Watermarks 'BM' and '..UE" NOTE'.
