Postcard, colour, landscape format. Novelty type with cartoon of a crying toddler under and umbrella under caption "Me no want to leave/ Kilkee" Reverse printed in green; at centre top "Dainty" in a rectangle over a second rectangle,set between scrolls, with figure of man in 18th century garb and "Series" over "?? Dennis & Sons Ltd/ London Scarborough"; "Post" to left and "Card" to right; double division lin with "7278" below and British Manufacture Throughout up left side of division; left of centre "For Correspondence" Right "For Address". The address has been removed but message still there that sender having a good time on holiday. Green halfpenny postage revenue stamp of George V, at top right, first definitive isuue with half profile. Circular black cancellation "Kilkee/ 10.45 AM/ Au ??/?? [1911-12?]". Pencil dealer's mark "£15".
