Postcard, colour, portrait format. Title at top left "Sarsfield Monument, Limerick". View shows the statue with railings in foreground obscuring part of pedestal; behing the statue is the presbytery One man stands at either side of pedestal looking at camers, while a third and fourth look on from over a hedge in middle distance. Reverse printed in green; at centre top a logo of a heart shape bearing the word "Hartmann" superimposed on image of a woman in feathery hat and over a scroll "Trade Mark"; "Post" to left and "Card" to right of logo, with dividing line below; to left of centre "For Inland postage only this space may/ be used for communication"; to right "The Address only to be written here"; box for stamp at top right with "Only the/ Address on/ this side/ if sent/ Abroad" inside and "Printed in Saxony". reading down as right side of box.
