Dawson, a chevron on a vertical bar inside a cartouche; Webb, a naked female figure holding holding a sheet? arced above her head, with partial motto "Tout Defen..."; Dawson W. an imperial Roman style head. On reverse is a statement by Walter Dawson that Richard Dawson really put up the money, and a statement by Richard Dawson agreeing to be agreeable so long as interests paid on time; both statements signed and witnessed by William Rattledge and Samuel McCan?; witnesses to both Dawson signatures and receipt of monies, John FitzGibbon and Richard Moore; witnesses for Webb James Casey and John Langton; note that deed entered into the Register Office, signed ? Delandre. Folded in half and half laterally and then from both sides to the middle and then in half. Annotated on outside with content, with "R. Moore" in similar ink below.
