Single sheet, indented across top and turned up at bottom; turn up held together by two pieces of red ribbon and sealed with signature of parties adjacent. Seals; Webb, an urn with flowers; Dawson ditto. Receipt of money and the deed witnessed on reverse by John Fitzgibbon, J. Croker and Thomas Croker; annotated that a memorial entered in Register Office 15 Dec 1739, signed William Parry. Folded in three laterally, then from sides to middle and in half. Annotated with contents on outside, and stamped in magenta "No. 5".
