Conveyance, manuscript on parchment. Conveyance of mortgage in consideration of £1000; dated 24th March 1739. Amos Vereker, Doctor in Physick of City of Limerick, first part, John Dawson of Ballynecowty Co. Tipperary, second part, Henry Vereker of Roxborough in the COunty of the City of Limerick, third part, Arthur Blennerhasset of Dublin, fourth part and Daniel Webb of Ballyvenoge (Maidstown) fifth part. Ref to 1999.19, with Charles Carthy, Dame Mary Osborne and William Smith and lands of Ballinvrinny. Single sheet indentured across the top and turned up at the bottom and held together with five pieces of red tape, the first and third from left having a red wax seal and signature adjacent, first and third parties Amos and Henry Vereker. Seal of Amos; a stag with two trefoils above and one below in a cartouche; Henry, in a circle a central bar with three cats? in line, with in field to either side a wheeled device, two on one side one on the other. Witnessed on reverse by Wm Scott? and Richard Cossens, receipt of money signed by Amos Vereker. Folded in half laterally and then into four and annotated with contents on outside. Magenta stamp "No4".
