Grant, manuscript on parchment. Deed of grant of an annuity; John Bouchier first party, Daniel Webb of Bath second party and Nicholas Weeks third party. Mention of lands of Cahir Etna in Barony of "Co[lacuna in text]", Garrinderk (Garrynderk), Baggotstown and Moohane. Large sheet of parchment, indentured on upper edge, turned up at bottom, with second shorter piece inserted into turn-up; Stitched together with red tape at three points and each piece sealed with red wax, with the signatures of the three parties left to right across. Seal; crest of a bent armoured arm holding a dagger. Large portion of top right corner cut off step fashion, and missing. On reverse; witnessed (part of text absent) by Henry McMahon and Tom Gubbins; receipt of 8 Jan 1765 for £2000 from Daniel Webb, signed by Bouchier and witnessed by the same two; and memorandum that entered in records office in Dublin, text partly missing, signature unclear. Folded in half and then in four, outer side annotated as to contents, with "Turton" in similar ink below. Stamped "No. 1" in magenta ink. Unclear pencil note to right of stamp.
