Tablespoon, Limerick silver?. Hanoverian, with somewhat trapezoidal drop. Marks; "Starling" in a rectangle and either "GM" or "CM" under a crown in a rectangle. George Moore? c 1750, maker's mark very worn. Both marks on under-side of narrow part of handle. Also on underside engraved "M/ R H" with a small floral design between the two letters of bottom row. One of pair with next acquisition.
