Border with squares enclosing drawings of, top and bottom, shamrock, crown of thorns, three nails (bottom only) sword? cat-o-nine-tails? and on sides, crossed keys, anchor, St Andrews cross, sacred heart, crossed feathers, vessel with fire?, chalice and host, circle with wings above and below, angels head blowing, the patterns mirrored below from above. In each corner of border, geometric interlace with animal heads outside. Centre top, Papal? arms; centre bottom, oval medal on string inscribed Arch Confraternity of the Holy Family / Limerick enclosing radiant MHJ, a cross over centre of H, all below floral sprigs and wreath; centre l., harp on head of high cross in zig-zag circle; centre r., radiant sacred heart over scene of ruined monastery with high cross beside water in zig-zag circle inscribed within: Isle of the Sacred Heart. Sheet folded twice. Bottom edge torn and dirty, top edge dirty.
