Settlement, manuscript. Counterpart settlement on the marriage of Richard Benson Warren and Elizabeth Martha Pendleton, 14 Sept 1812. Between Warren, of Dublin, barrister, and Philip Pendleton of Hooretown, Co Meath, and Elizabeth, his eldest daughter on second part, and Abbott Frayer of Dublin, Barrister and Samuel Pendleton of Derry, Co Monaghan, 3rd part, Joseph Devonsher Jackson of Dublin, barrister, and Philip Pendleton the younger, 4th part: Warren seized of of estate in fee simple at Ballymorelly alias Ballimareely alias Ballinvreely alias Ballinphrellin, Ballyroan Ballycahill alias Ballychal Ballydigany alias Ballidegan Dromrough and part of Feghymokish in Connello, Co Limerick, 1000 acres. Signed by Warren, Philip and Elizabeth Pendleton, beside three red wax seals. Two sheets joined at bottom, each with blue revenue stamp at top l. R/ of sheet one: witnesses A Blackburne and EC Pendleton. Folded and titled on front, with at bottom r.: Ellis.
