Reverse printed in black; at bottom left, "The Potato Market/ This covers the long dock, a section of the mediaeval part/ of Limerick. A market for the sale of potatoes opened in/ 1843 and traded for approximately 80 years. The pedes-/ rian bridge is named after Dr. SYlvester O'Halloran a / renowned 18th century surgeon. Treaty 300 logo at centre top of a rectangle containing a quill pen in inkpot with "1991 Luimneach/ Limerick/ Treaty/ 300" around; "Photography by Brendan Gleeson Limerick" up centre as division; five lines for address at right, box for stamp at top right. Unused
