Lease, printed and manuscript. Indenture, 27-04-1903, lease of shipyard premises in Limerick by Condensed Milk Co. of Ireland Ltd., to John Norris Russell. Pre printed form, filled out in manuscript; premises bounded by that of lessor in N, Shannon in S., Circular Rd. on E. and Patent Slip on W. Large sheet folded in half to give 4 pages, with standard phrases and paragraphs printed in black with red margins around; 4th page blank except for outer section after having been folded in half twice, which is printed and filled out in MS. with contents, including "B. Barrington/ 91 George St.,/ Limerick" and at bottom "George McKern & Sons, Limited, Printers, Limerick". Signed and sealed on p. 3; by T. Cleeve, managing director, and M. Dovley, secretary, for company, and witnessed by B. Barrington, F.M. Fitt, solicitor, and C. Metcalfe accountant; red applied paper seal with hachured design to right of Russell signature, embossed seal and rubber stamp of company over Cleeve signature. Stamp duty embossing at top left of first page; a red shield in which "Z [fleur-de-lis]" over a crown over "2 5" over a wreathed rectangle in which "Five/ Shillings" with "03" below at the junction of the wreaths; pencil marginalia re stamp duty to right of embossing. Watermark of parallel lines.
