Accounts, manuscript. "Revenue and Expenditure Account, for year ended 30th June 1928, with balance sheet, of The Garryowen Athletic Grounds Ltd., Limerick. Two large sheets folded in half to give 8 pages, sewn together, using brown thread, with single sheet with letterhead at front. Letterhead printed black on white, "J. Johnston Ruddock,/ Corporate Accountant/ and/ Auditor/ Telegrams:? Ruddock, Auditor, Limerick./ Telephone No. 461" at left "136 O'Connell Street/ Limerick" at right. Letter below, dated 3rd Sept. 1928, is typed with occasional red underlining, and explains the accounts. The two sheets forming the bulk of the document have red printed columns and blue horizontal lines; the outer is printed on one side only but the inner is printed on both; the outer designed to give a blank cover is printed with name and address of auditor to be visible when folded longitudinally, with manuscript annotation as to contents above. The address has been changed from 122 to 136 O'Connell St. Pages 2 to 5 used for account, rest blank. At bottom of the final account page is a rubber stamp "J. Johnston Ruddock,/ Corporate Accounts,/ Limerick". Watermarks; "Dominion/ Bond" on letterhead; on other sheets, Britannia figure in crowned oval on one side "Blair Hill/ Ledger Paper" on the other.
