Fitt. 47 numbered pages plus fly leaf at front and back, first page a printed Valuation head of Wm. Fitt; signed on p. 47 by Wm. Fitt and initialled "H. Mc" and "E.W." Circular embossing at bottom right of front fly leaf "Richard Coughlan/ Collection" around "Copyright" at centre. Pale blue card cover printed in black and red, with black cloth binding at spine on short side so that book opens upwards.
