Fitt; on watermarked paper, various marks listed below under maker. Caveat on title page that the list is an extension of probate valuation and is not a precise inventory. Buff cover, printed in black and red, with black cloth binding on short edge, so cover flips up. Circular embossing on fly-sheet at front, "Richard Coughlan/ Collection" around "Copyright" at centre.
