Standard telegram form, printed black on white, "Post Office Telegraphs" at centre top, with Royal Arms at top left with "Eyre & Spottiswoode, London" below. Circular office stamp "Dublin/ ?? (paper holed) 12/ 96". Reverse repaired with white sticky label, triangular piece missing from right side.
