Membership card, "City of Limerick Regiment/ Irish Volunteers". Printed in black with ms additions, printed on card green on one side and white on the other and folded so green outermost. Front side has title and is filled out in the name of R. Slattery, 2 Catherine Pce, Limerick of Co. "11"; "City Printing Co." across bottom. Inside printed with weeks of the year, 1915, across both sides and columns "Con", "Rif" and "Sig" with dates Jan 16 to May 22nd filled out in ms. and most initialled "RS". Back blank. Card has become stuck together and opened with right side taking surface of left, at bottom corner.
