First day cover; stamps and cover designed by Pamela Leonard, who has signed the front of the cover in blue ink. Block of four greetings stamps, two 32p and two 28p, each with border above and below giving message in English and Irish; from left to right "Best wishes, With Love, Happy anniversary and Happy birthday", all with floral borders. At left of cover, in colour, a be-ribboned stem in an oval, with "greetings" above; below "Eire Cludach Chead Lae followed by An Post logo in green. Two circular black commemorative cancellations; "Baile Atha Cliath/ La a chead Eisiuna 2 IV 1992" around a quill in an ink-pot. Explanatory card, printed in black on white, inside cover.
