View from across the Abbey river, with club house at left, boat house at centre and to right is a marquee in the club grounds; five boats on the water, grouped around the slipway. Reverse printed in grey; at centre top a circle with a head and shoulders portrait, "Trade mark/ Milton" around portrait; either side of trade mark "The Milton/ Post Card"; T- shaped division below circle, with "This is a real photograph" reading up; up left margin "The 'Milton' Series, 'Renowned' For Local Views,/ Woolstone Bros., London E.C.1" and "Printed/ in/ Saxony".; to left "Correspondence" to right "Address"; rectangular box for stamp at top right, in which "Stamp/ Here". Unposted and unused. Pencil dealer's marks; "Lim" at top left, "£2.50" at bottom right of centre.
