Receipt, paper; printed in black on white with Ms. additions, red Stamp Duty embossing at right. Limerick District Lunatic Asylum receipt no 174, of 29th June 1912, made out to Miss Kathleen Gibbings, Kilscannel, in the sum of £12-9s-8d for maintenance of Rev. T.S. Gibbings to 31st march 1912, signed Wm. O'Shaughnessy, Clerk. Red embossing shows a crown with "One/ Penny" below. Half perforations down left edge where torn from book, "H. & E. Ashe, Printers, Limerick" up left edge. Reverse blank. Has been folded 3 times, perforation through centre towards top.
